Year1 applicants:

- Students can obtain an application from your school counselor. All schools in the greater San Antonio area have been sent copies of the application for the 2010 San Antonio PREP session to be made available to students attending their school.

- If you cannot obtain an application from your school counselor, contact the Central Office at 210-458-2060 and request that the application be mailed to you.

- Download the application from this website, complete it and send it to the Central PREP Office along with the required documentation.

Year2 - Year3 applicants:

- Apply using the paper application. Students that have successfully completed Year1 through Year2 have been mailed an application. If you have not received your application, please contact the Central Office at 210-458-2060 to verify your address and to request another application.

- Apply using the paper application. Students that have successfully completed Year3 have been mailed an notice offering a choice of PREP Year4 or UPREP. If you have not received your notice, please contact the Central Office at 210-458-2060 to verify your address and to request another application.
