A native of San Antonio, Dr. Raul (Rudy) Reyna graduated from South San High School.  He received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a doctorate in educational administration from Texas A&M, and received a master’s degree in computer science from Columbia University.  His extensive career has included an executive position in a high technology firm; his twenty-eight years at SBC included working for Bell Laboratories in various design teams, management of data systems, director of SBC Online, and as president of the SBC Foundation, where he administered a $25 million budget that provided grants throughout a five state area.  He has also taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Management Information Systems as an adjunct instructor at several universities.  Currently, he is director of the San Antonio Prefreshman Engineering Program, an eight-week, mathematics-based, academic enrichment program that emphasizes the development of abstract reasoning and problem solving skills.

Bob is a native of San Antonio and attended Central Catholic High School. After graduation, he attended Texas A&M University where he received a BS in Aerospace Engineering. He joined the U.S. Air Force and served in various assignments throughout the West and Southwest. Among his assignments were the Space Shuttle Program at Vandenberg AFB, California, prior to the loss of the Space Shuttle Challenger, and the Strategic Defense Initiative (popularly known as "Star Wars") at Los Angeles AFB, California. After retirement from the Air Force, Bob returned to San Antonio and worked for Harcourt Assessment for several years. He is now working with the PREP program to develop its next generation web site and databases.

Joshua Moran graduated from St. Mary's University in the spring of 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Currently maintains the San Antonio PREP and Laredo PREP databases. Assists with data entry, query manipulation, statistical reports, form creation, website updates, data conversion, and special projects. Generates yearly reports, transcripts, applications, and follow-up surveys for San Antonio PREP.
